The Design Process
Every software development project we have been involved with, is unique. Some organisations have their own Quality Management Systems to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget and we happily use these systems in the execution of the given task.
However, sometimes, no such system or indeed any similar process exists within a company. Therefore before any project is started we agree with the client the application development process that will be adopted. In other words a unique quality system will be agreed for the project to ensure that budgets and timescales are adhered to.
We believe that any software development process should reflect the client’s wishes not the other way around. The following two examples show what can be adopted as a development framework.
